I suffered with acne from middle school to high school. It was mild but the spots it left was horrible. I went to a dermatologist and they gave me tazorac, benzoyl peroxide and a bunch of other shit that dried me out and did nothing for me. The miracle worker was stridex maximum strength pads. I started out the lowest dose and worked my way up. This is so gentle and effective, make sure you get Nuetrogena healthy skin moisturizer too and it will save u money and self esteem. Salicylic acid 2%
