Hp support is shit! You have to try to talk to them for at least two hours then you find out a bunch of bs about how it's not covered... It feels great to blow shit up that isn't worth a damn. Those rounds were definitely well spent. To bad he didn't have a 50 cal or an RPG.... Support our troops! Blow shit up that doesn't work!

At least he was using a 240. Still think a Mk19 would of been better. My HP computers have been rock solid.. but I refuse to buy one of their printers, maybe I should just go chuck one at the next Taliban I see.. probably do more damage than not.

This only gives me more reason never to buy HP products again!! The price of toner for my color laser has gone up 30% in the last year and a half. Thanks HP!!!

I work on behalf of HP and was around when this video was originally sent to the company back in 2006. HP resolved this customer’s issue back then, and for years, HP has offered active duty U.S. military personnel free phone support for products both in and out of warranty.
