Max Kauffman hails from the middle, where he spent his idyllic youth in South Bend, Indiana rolling between the countryside and the city. Leaving the nest to attend Arizona State, he received an education in ceramics and anthropology, which continue to influence his bards tales. He enjoys drawing, dead/ancient cultures, live music, the paint, plank-pushing, nice ladies, ink, clay, an occasional bevy, foods, and banter. His current goal is to bring back analog.
