Fence fire update neighbor dispute

Dad and the guys got the one side of the fence done. Friggin neighbor says the fence is hers lol 7 years ago a previous neighbor took my dad to court and pops won that's his property and his fence. These neighbors are starting to tick me off

I put up a fence once, my neighbors said i was on their property. ..They hired a surveyor to mark the lines and I have not heard from them in over three and a half months. LOL.
