@lyssa250 I don't know if anyone has answered you yet. You normally breath in during the 'rest' stage of the exercise. For this, you inhale during the backward motion. and exhale during the 'crunch' portion.

ok, i got a question, great video, but when do you breathe in and out? do you inhale when your legs are outstretched or when they are contracted?
