  • just curious, you've got 3 plates on each side plus the little plates which i presume is no more than 10kg each. Assuming that the large plates are all 20kg each, how does that amount to 180? unless the ones on the end are 40kg each?

  • Go to the end of the video, you will see I do a close-up of the plates. The red ones are 25kg and the small grey ones are 5kg. The bar is 20kg, making a total of 180kg.

    Regarding postworkout you said you said you have a creatine, dextrose & whey protein cocktail. How much dextrose & whey are you consuming postworkout when you are in the offseason?
