The month of protests in Guadeloupe has crippled the tourism industry on the island, which suffers from the highest unemployment rates and most expensive living costs in France.
@superwassou You are mistaken, the majority of the population wasn't on the street my dear, as only certain sectors were affected by the problem. And yes people had enough of being force to stay at home! Proof of that, last year Sep 2010, LKP once again called the population to strike but nobody responded to its call, people went about they own business as usual because 2009 strike was too long and turn too violent. Have a nice day.
