  • That was impressive, I couldn't even do that with a 100 lb standard handle dumbbell (I have a 100 lb hex dumbbell and I can only get 2-3 reps out of it), I know that the thick bar especially makes it tough. I've worked with thick bars and they fry your grip like nothing else.

  • That looked a little to effortless nate... you made that look like a toy.
