Rachel Maddow of MSDN...excuse me...MSNBC following the DNC's lead. The DNC has described so-called anti-health care reform protestors as nothing more than right-wing mobs and/or "plants" funded by the RNC and anti-health care reform lobbyists.

If you're a TEA party member or you are what has been described as an "anti-government" or "anti-Democratic" protestor when it comes to voicing your displeasure against the current health care reform and climate change legislation, please let me know if you have received your payment from the RNC or your lobbyist sponsor. Also, if you are a volunteer or dare I say "community organizer" for a right-wing organization dedicated to fighting against complete government takeover of any aspect of American life and living, please let me know. I'll need to report you to flag@whitehouse.gov, so I can assist in violating your First Amendment rights. Thank you for your participation, right-wing fanatical freaks.

I'm entertained by this video in retrospect. Rachel Maddow is bashing the practice of scaring old people, but then a year later, the DCCC is running ads showing Paul Ryan pushing an old person in a wheel chair off a cliff. Hypocrisy?

1. I've read the details of the sections of the bill, and what you are saying is just not there.

2. Yes, as my post pointed out, non-resident aliens will not be subject to the 2.5% penalty tax for non-coverage. This goes hand in hand w/ the full section text, which I pasted from the bill, that states they will bear no benefit.

3. This bill has nothing to do with whether or not illegal aliens pay taxes as a whole.

You need to read more than just the title of the sections you've posted. Just b/cit doesn't have the words "illegal aliens" does not mean that it doesn't include them.

For instance."prohibiting discrimination".......the illegals won't be discriminated against b/c they are here illegally and therefore are CRIMINALS!

Read what the bill says, not just the titles of the sections.

You posted yourself, pg. 179 means that ILLEGALS won't have to pay any taxes....you/we do!!!

States nothing of the sort re: illegal aliens.

Page 170 states that non-resident aliens (among others) are not subject to the 2.5% penalty tax for non coverage

This bill neither covers or even subsidies illegal aliens.

Ex:

SEC. 246. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS.

Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.
