Dave,
I'm eating this chit up, & I gotta know more about the Springfield XD sight tool. However since I been More than just a grease monkey since the 60'S im sure a "on the gun" rear sight adjusting/r&r tool can be had or made. I no longer own a lathe milling machine or any of the Precise equiptment needed to fabricate a tool for this tight tollerence work but still have access to.
So as a new subscriber I await info on re sighting my XD.
Keep em comming

Do you recommend a sight pusher? I've heard the the Trijicon and meprolight are not good to "tap" into place.

@2beadrainman We recommend the procedure shown in this video. We have istalled thousands of Trijicon™ sights using this technique without any problems (all of our Dawson Precision tritium sights use Trijicon™ inserts).

I have a SPRING ARM 1911A1 with a pin front sight they are the stock GI type . Are there any good options out there for combat night sights ? Thank you

@hickok40 We have Tritium inserted sights for your mil spec 1911. The rear sight would be part # 018-084 and the front would be part # 019-106 for a narrow tenon or # 019-101 for a wide tenon. Give us a call if you have any questions, we'll be happy to help out.
