@calamitymaud the point i am trying to emphasise is that sellers never seem to care about the feedback they get from buyers. So by doing this video it make the seller more keen to help the customer which is what it should be all about :-)
99.7% out of 171572 sales is absolutely fantastic, not evil. They get things wrong 0.3% of the time - and that may not even be their fault - could be the couriers or the buyers fault. Whats the matter with you? Instead of looking at the extremely, extremely small number of negative responses why don't you look at the mindboggling number of positive responses? How you can think these are 'evil' is beyond me. Almost perfect, fantastic ebayers. You're just wrong.
