I want to study law! But can't learn enough in 15 days and have time to file an appeal at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court! Much of what I seehere, doesn't relate to the child I need to defend! Who was adjudicated delinquent for a 3rd degree misdemeanour of criminal mishief age 12! Had not been in trouble before, Has physiological based bipolar and is severely disabled. His brain profile is1 in 10,000, his executive functioning non existent! Incapable of delinquency & intent. Where can I look?
