The legendary Band Steppenwolf plays "Pusher" live. I shot this video in the summer of 2003 in Fairfax VA. This was the best shot video of the afternoon, in the sense of fairly still camera (few shaking) and shot from some distance with telephoto. Excellent resolution and sound

  • John Kay and Steppenwolf put in 40 years as a band and then stepped aside in '06. While I miss them and grew up on the music, I certainly can appreciate John wanting to retire and enjoy his life in comfort. The first seven albums the 'Wolf put out were classics. The first two and Monsters being my favs. I never saw a bad Steppenwolf performance and that spanned 30 years. They should be in the Rock'n'Roll HoF. None better.

  • Can't beat the studio version. It's got an atmosphere to it that can't be captured by a live version.
