  • i dont mean to be rood but hear in tigard i got tased for not putting my camra down

  • Fantastic. Great ending too !

  • You at the end made me laugh!

  • Found a new ringtone for my phone XD!

  • @ttcsubway209 No problem. Using thunder you can tell distance to lightning - about 1100 ft. per second.

The final sound is occuring during and after the locomotive has crossed the road. Riding in the locomotive, I heard another engineer starting too late and ending AFTER the crossing. After is worthless. If you are going to be off in timing, better to be too early than late.

But all of this noise pollution is needless when there are (o)=(o) bells and gates.

  • @robertgift Sorry I thought it was 2 seconds. But in the video you see the train and hear the horn. There is a delay for sound however there is no delay for sight. The train we see in the video is at the exact spot the train actually is. But for sound, the train has to be at least half a mile away when it is blowing it's horn for the grade crossing, so there is a 2.5 second sound delay. So from her point of view it's fine, but from the camera's there is a delay due to distance.

  • @ttcsubway209 Sound takes 5 seconds to travel 1 mile. The locomotive is not far because we hear the grade crossing bells and the horn would not be as loud if farther away.

Unprofessional of her to be playin wit da whistle. She should be reprimanded.

Hope they make these crossings Quiet Zones.

  • @robertgift There's approximately a 2 second sound delay for every mile. So if the train is 2 miles away, sound is delayed by 4 seconds.
