I truly hope this is a parody and not meant to be serious. It has to be. Not only are his facts wrong, but this guy knows nothing about juicing fruits and vegetables. No you do not juice the stems and leaves. LOL. So many things wrong with this video I don't want to even address it. It is so sad that people think this guy has anything to say at all. I found it posted on an actual juice group as a parody and example of what not to do. This was too funny.

@Tetzelfire68 WTF are you talking about? Most people who juice do indeed juice the greens of the beet along with the root. You are way wrong dude.

1 carrot 1 apple and 2 beets, with the greens. very good!!!! will make ya pee red for sure. i do!..lol... i found u can juice any veggy with a carrot or apple and it will taste good. maybe not great, but it will be good. i love my juicer. its fun and healthy.

@Tetzelfire68 From what I seen he is not a nutritionist but a fitness and physical training teacher or something but he has taken the time to make a vid for free to benefit others so If you an expert then go make your own vid and quit whining! I realise it was 5 months ago so hope u got over it by now. BTW Many people juice the leaves! There are juicers specifically for juicing leaves, other herbs and grass ( including stems! ) So you are embarrassed yourself.

P.S. Beets & Oranges & something sweet like pineapple,strawberries, or mango. Also some other things that usually go good with beets and they marry well are tart reasperries & something pungent like ginger. Then you'll have a juice jam packed with vitamis and enzymes that will keep you healthy and going strong.
