People in america have a belief that it will never happen to them. They believe
that since we are a free country with the most powerful military and we are immune to everything. lastly they are affraid of drawing the wrath of there fellow citizens and or gov. and would'nt know how to begin changing it.Along with the fact Gov. has no motivation for us to change not even with us knowing the truth. WE NEED TO GET SOME SMART AND HONEST PEOPLE IN OFFICE. Only problem we don't have any of them.ohwel

50 trillion dollars huh. we should all send letters to china saying: We the people of
the United States of America will not be responsable for any more of the Debt. you keep buying from the irresponsable cabal now in control in the District of columbia. If you keep buying the dept. it is enableing this cabal to keep spending and fleecing our prosperity. If we continue to keep our eyes and mouth closed being the most important time in america to speak up against this. We will deserve everything.

If 2012 doomsday comes true ( probably won't ), then none of the economic problems matter much.

I agree with Mr. Walker that we are in big trouble and need to resolve the issues. I think that most of his solutions are terrible and wouldn't work. He seems very Keynesian and pro centralization of power. We need to put the money and thus power back into the hands of the people buying the services. Governments are way more inefficient than individuals when it comes to spending money.

Below Average on HC? BS.
There is much truth in too many thinking us invincible against all laws of economics but alot of what this guy says is BS; perhaps do to an economic perspective without providing intrinsically necessary contexts which would provide greater truth as well as prevent the sapping of one's WTL.

"We're not as great as we think we are"? you gotta temper that within the context of our decline due to the raise of Fiscal Irresponsibility and resulting rise of Economic Slavery through Govt Redistributive Entitlements and infringement upon the sovereignty of states & individuals laid out in the 9th & 10th amendment. And for Pete's sake we are UNARGUABLY the Greatest Nation In the History of the World if you give half a damn about Freedom! (as any measure of greatness).
