MP3 only album* 49:00 was available at Amazon.com and Tunecore.com for only $.49. It was yanked without explanation August 2, 2008. I do not think it is available anywhere. Oh, well enjoy the 3 songs I uploaded.

*NOTE: The "album" is actually one long track that is 43:55 long. I broke it up into separate tracks using Audacity.

  • Love this album...and it's just like paul to release a bunch of covers without getting the licensing agreement.

    Gotta love 'im though

  • Maybe that's one of the reasons why it is no longer available...

  • thanks for putting these up.

  • Enjoy. Hopefully the album becomes available again.

  • @huskerdu1661 You don't have any free time..ha. No videos?

  • @ilovemred Right Nevermind (replacements) was a great song off Pleased to Meet Me.

  • @11xzxzxz

    Never mind loved it

  • @ilovemred Great a mats fan. And I am not saying Paul M was bad ... just over-worshiped. Hootenany is not considered one of the mats better .. I like Let it Be, Tim, Pleased to meet Me, and Don't Tell a Soul.

  • @11xzxzxz

The only Wings album I ever bought ws the one with the string of pictures of each of them on the cover. I think "Silly Love Songs" ws the hit. Liked "My Baby" from that one. I have no other Wings songs I liked.

I don't know: Stereo/Mono and Folker were awful tight. I have to agree though: I'm 49 this year and I still break out Hootenany and love it!

  • @huskerdu1661 Yeap I got those chills and that video is somewhere in my stash of now over 2000 songs. Paul' always good for a quote of depth too. Because he is a complex thinker feeler-arranger.

  • @11xzxzxz You are definitely a Replacements fan!!!!! Glad to meet you!!!!! You`ve probably aleady seen it on Youtube, but there is a version of Paul singing"Here Comes a Regular" solo where he begins the song by saying"Here comes a regular...and there goes a career'......Sends chills up my spine everytime I listen to it.....Peace!!!!!

  • @huskerdu1661 and to work up a mean mean thirst after a hard day of nothin' much at all

Summer's past it's too late to cut the grass There ain't much to rake anyway in the fall

Ah what a shame and so is the Rock Hall of Fame

How do you turn Cleveland .. into a Disneyland?

How do get Lebron James to stop a slam dunk

Yeah a Replacements fan who would have thunk?

So how do get an invite just to turn it down?

Just like Saturday Night Live Pleased to Meet You
