It's hard to believe that not even 15 years ago, not only Westgate Mall, but this area in general was once a thriving shopping district. Now, just like many other parts of Racine, this area is beginning to look like a ghost town with all the run-down vacant buildings.

This mall is IMPECKABLE and what a lovely video .........i love the sound of the wind as you drive thru......I have a convertible and it makes me feel at home....THANK YOU .......GOOD JOB
