Highlights of Center Grove senior Michelle McKeehan setting both national and state records in the 200 I.M. at the Indiana High School Girls Swimming State Meet held 2/9/08 at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis. Her record time of 1:56.87 was amazingly broken later that same day by Mark Beck of Westlake High School (Austin, TX). Beck swam a time of 1:56.45. McKeehan who will attend the University of Georgia, does finish her high school career though with 8 individual event state titles and two state records in both the 200 I.M. and 100 yard breaststroke.
