This video Violence and Crime:A Crisis in Black America is a minature production that seeks to appeal to the many of Americans who appear to be numb, or to say the least, in a state of apathy concerning the senseless violence and the random crimes that have beseiged Black of America in the inner cities.

The images - the sounds of rapid gun shots, the blairing of the siren, and the disturbing countenance of Dr. King captured in a portrait shown on video - all intended to raise our concern and conscience level pertaining to the crisis of violence and crime in Black America.

Actually, blacks never had an excuse. Think about it. Who motivated Dr. King, Malcolm X, Frederick Douglas, Rosa Parks and the like to do better? No one. Why? There was no one to look up to. They made a conscience decision to do better. They decided to stand up. Things were much worse for blacks then but they did something about it. Blacks today have no excuse. We like to blame the government, poverty, police, poor housing, poor schooling and crap like music and video games.
