Dude, don't you get it? This song is about infatuation--sexual infatuation. Men become obsessed with beautiful women to the point of madness! What better representatives of objects of desire that beautiful porn stars. By the way, in this song, Mary gets killed and dumped in the river--how more sexually perverse can you get?
