  • When flowering the doe, make sure to use Poppies, or else she might get angry and you will be hurting like crazy.

  • 2 cups white flower

    1 cup semolina flower

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 table spoon Vegetable or olive oil

    7/8 cups water

    Bread machine, put on doe setting & START>

    Stop after 10 minutes.

    Flower if it get too sticky.

    it can be tough when rolling, when using a rolling pen it can make your knuckles hurt like crazy so be ready, its better if you use a machine to flatten it out. thinner the doe the better/ find your filling you like. , this guy was great. Ive learned many Cultures in cooking , Indian
