just got one of these balls as i heard they are great for working the legs and core (underlying muscles used for stability) "ie: rugby players".. ???

Stupid is making fun of something that you can't do. I have been on the ball for five years now...kinda of a long "fad" wouldn't you say?

Holy crap that is crazy defiantly hard is hell you get 10 thumbs up for diffculty. i have a hard time just standing on the ball.
