Is the Joop bottle as much of a bomb as the original? I have and like the original, but I'm hesitant to buy any of them blind because of how strong the original is how it kind of teeters on the edge of being just way too much.
@slurpees387 I haven't tried the original. I think that Thrill is kinda expensive, so a blind buy might be a bit risky. However, it's a rather simple vanilla scent, so I don't really think it would be as risky as the original.
I def like rocchas man as well, id also throw in animale animale in there . I never tried gucci, boss or joop thrill tho. Sounds good i only tried the original one. And ehhh vetiver tonka is bleh to me. saffron and cedar. that sounds pretty interesting. Thanks for these picks
@Guinea54 I certainly wouldn't expect anyone to shell out monster bucks for a bottle of Vetiver Tonka, but I got a small decant from Dan that should hold me at least through this winter. I tried to present a variety of colognes for the winter, and VT is about as good as any if vetiver is your thing. Dan just mentioned that Chanel Sycamore is his new sig scent, so I guess that may be worth checking out as well.
@FashionablyGREAT I think Joop! Thrill is actually becoming one of my favorite vanilla scents. It's not as funky as The Dreamer, youthful as Le Male, or thick as Bulgari Black IMO.
