Mrlec this is how they will be normally using the equipment so practice with the equipment. Everything factors into intense training. If you don't know how all your gear is functioning while training how are you to know when it's the real deal. They are likely shooting the video between training classes of some sort also.

seems alittle over nessecary doesn't it? seeing as tou rounds would have rendered the tatget fairly incapasitated ( just my oppinion)
