@Longmachao I already saw that video long time ago. That video means nothing Katana fail to cut through the cheap plate of armor and the Katana just went a few centimeter in the armor which is another failure to the Katana. You giving me that link just further own yourself.

@Zachbro39 the majority of katans produced were inferior due to the fact that most soldier wer ashigaru (or what ever the fuk they're called ) also the the european array of weapons are in no way brutish nor was the application brutish. they have martial art combat manuals aka Fechtbuch(fencing books) from the high middle ages in german monetaries that are very technical and advanced if not more so that their japanese counter parts
