A pictorial tour of Brompton Victorian Cemetery in Chelsea, London- set to the music of Radiohead.
It has featured in a number of films, including The Wisdom of Crocodiles Crush and "Johnny English."
Beatrix Potter who lived in The Boltons nearby, took the names of many of her animal characters from tombstones in the cemetery and it is said that Mr McGregor's walled garden was based on the colonnades. Names on headstones included Mr Nutkins, Mr McGregor, a Tod (with that unusual single 'd' spelling), Jeremiah Fisher, Tommy Brock - and even a Peter Rabbett.
Famous residents include Emily Pankhurst and the founder of Chelsea FC. Sorry Chelsea supporters- the name is not Mears but hey, I am West Ham so who cares?
Samuel Baker (Explorer, Ottoman Pasha) and Emillie Pankhurst (Leader of Suffragettes) are both buried there.

Nice video, I've never seen this cemetery.
If you like cemeteries, come to see my movie of the Abney Park Cemetery, another of the "Magnificent Seven".

Nice video. The founder of Chelsea F.C. is indeed Henry Augustus Mears or Gus as he was known. Richard Tauber the famous opera singer is also buried near the Pankhurst plot. Sometimes walk through it on the way to the match.
