2009 NBO Conference - Part 4b

Helene Meyers continues her remarks during the opening of the 2009 National Basketry Organization Conference in Portland, Oregon. She asks, "where do you want to see the NBO go, and what are you willing to do to make that happen"? This conference was held in the middle of a record breaking heat wave, so every effort was made to keep the conference room cool and dark which had an effect on the video quality.
