jeez, I forgot how cool this piece was :) IiiIF more than 2 peOple talk at the same time is just noise! but with MUSIC!... with music, you can have 20 people talking at the same time and IiIit's not nNOISE it's a a..PERFECT HARMONY(8)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Schumann's string quartets are often ignored, and even get neglect by even those much into Schumann. This is very unfortunate, as they are masterpieces in their own right, and the 3rd one alone would sit nicely with Beethoven's late string quartets in quality and brilliance. I am glad in the last few years more have gotten into these great works, but they are still often unheard of. Thanks for posting this!
