@rockhoward100 Rock Howard is originally from Mark of the Wolves, a Dreamcast/Arcade game which takes place sometime around 10 years in the future. Look it up, because it was a great game. He was only in the 3D versions of KoF(which were pretty shitty) and I'm not sure if they are canon to the main story line.

They arent the same i will admit that, but they are far from weak, you just have to play them differently and adapt. This is a Capcom engine after all no? K Rock is VERY buff.
