I would suggest researching the Ideomotor Effect. It is an established phenomenon wherein one may move a limb without being consciously aware of it. It is commonly seen in videos such as this and is most certainly not caused by ghosts of the deceased.
Searching for "james randi ideomotor effect" should provide you with some rather interesting material.

a while ago i was a bad boy and got locked up,my cell made did this board and it spelt out my grans name and said some horrible things to me.now its weird as i didnt touch the board so i wasnt pushing it and my cell mate didnt know any family details,so how could the board spell my grans name and talk abt family issues??

@BespokeGroupUK OUCH ! well Nick I would be most interested in this scientific proof. perhaps you could supply me with a reputable source. How can you say you werent implying spirits were involved here ? - what am I missing here? experiences are subjective. Contacting MJ possible ? - maybe Probable ? no . The possibility of emotions and the strong desire to 'want" to see or hear something b/c we prayed,meditated etc can want or cause us to "make' it happen....

@ModernDeism I am more a "believer" in the ideomotor effect which has been proven and demonstrated by science rather then necessarily stating that spirits exist (which i didn't do in this video. Do try and pay attention and don't allow your irrational misconceptions structure your beliefs about what you are watching)
