This is a 1990 Beretta GTZ with W41 cams, modified W41 ECM (removes code 26) New 3.94 FDR transmission, lightened flywheel and ported intake and exhaust manifolds.

  • Is that the stock muffler on there btw? Sounds really nice. Most aftermarket mufflers sound worse IMO for the Quad 4 engines.

  • @Airox2009 Yes, this is the stock muffler and stock piping. The only thing I modified on the exhaust side was boring out the stock exhaust manifold.

  • @Airox2009 Good man. Assuming Ron did everything right on the header you will find your powerband comes on sooner than 4000 rpms. That means that you can keep it in a lower gear than normal.

    Yeah, will be getting a seibenick header and 2.5 inch exhaust for my 92 W41 Beretta GTZ.

  • Sir, You should have worked on the exhaust system 1st, then do the cams. GM screws up the intake and exhaust systems on all of their cars. I speak from experence, Im an 92 SCX owner

  • Nice! Just got a set of nearly new w41 cams for my quasar GTZ today. Now I need the chip also ;-)!
