Dank zij Joop Roelofs die een heleboel fantatisch beeldmateriaal "gepost" heeft, hebben we nog dagelijks plezie van Kjoe. Perfect dat hij dit doet. Q 65 bracht de amerkaanse blues ( C + B ook ) bij ons en dat allemaal in hun eigen stijl. Ik gebiet er dagelijks van.

De Kjoe is een beetje voor mijn tijd (ben zelf uit '69), maar wat een vette nummers !
Ik zag deze documentaire ''classic albums'' in juli 1997 en dat programma is me altijd wel bijgebleven.
Een paar dagen geleden schoot het me weer in gedachten en ben gaan Googelen ... en ja hoor, gevonden !
Ben blij de originele docu nu in m`n bezit te hebben en heb zodoende veel andere mooie tracks van de Q ontdekt.

I absolutely agree.
Same country blues, Delta feel, though the Stones ended up gettin all the accolades and Q65 remained cult heroes (at least outside the Netherlands).
They were prime movers, and their influence resonates to this day in countless bands the world over!

I just wanna say,these guys had a Big sound.I think the atmosphere in Revolution prédates
Beggars Banquet by 2 years. Both albums have almost the same vibe .Klasse.
