Well, I watched closely but I have a feeling that the input of these two individuals is too little too late.
I have no idea as to the veracity of what is being said but perhaps Heather needs to 'disappear' entirely from the spotlight if she wants to find some peace of mind. Sadly, she seems all too keen to remain in it. If I was her agent/publicist, I'd be telling her to do what Diana did in her 'time and space speech'--keep a low profile, give no more interviews and concentrate on her daughter.
