I'm gonna try this. Every day im gonna do the 8 min stretch, then every other day do the abs, legs, and im gonna skip the arms cause I like my arms as is. But i think on the off day im gonna some cheesy aerobics. I should be super fit in no time.

everybody needs to know that this really does get better!!!! at first you do it and feel like dying, but after awhile i gets muuuuch easier! i have been doing this workout for a few months now and boy have i seen results!! you just cant give up!!!! try playing some pump up music while you workout. i do this and it helps soooo much. keep working everyone results will come!!!!!
