How Infinity Ward replies to customers: by banning them from their forums

I got banned from the Infinity Ward forums for posting this comment about modern warfare 2 on PC and it having no dedicated servers:

I'm a PC gamer and needless to say these dedicated server shenanigans have irked me along with everyone else ([url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYV6sP2AlOI]I even made a youtube video about it[/url])

I want to know why Infinity Ward / Activision haven't given a proper response to PC gamers?
Aside from a post on Fourzerotwo's blog (in which he has since disabled commenting and deleted my comment), why haven't we been given a proper response by someone that actually sounds like they care? Fourzerotwo's response was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen as a gamer.

Why hasn't IW been honest about the reasons for no dedicated servers, why haven't they tried alternatives and why have they just hidden behind this "omg sum uzar dunno how browse game list! LO!L" facade.

As to all the claims that IWnet is to let the 'fans' actually play the game and not play mods; why not make a 'pure' mode, in fact, why not DO ANYTHING?

We're paying customers, we really deserve a proper response and I personally find it a bit offensive that we haven't been given one. Overall, why are [u][b]WE[/b][/u] asking questions? [u][b]YOU[/b][/u] should be telling us WHY we should bother to buy this game.

One of the MAIN questions IW has yet to answer is what about gamers who don't live in the US? They still haven't answered it.

Why when so many people have complained and petitioned this decision has there been no proper response from IW? How come a few people complained about some [url=http://kotaku.com/5394595/infinity-ward-removes-modern-warfare-2-fags-video­]stupid video that you guys made[/url] and you took it down, yet we all complain about dedicated servers and you don't do anything?

I can still see that there is a huge amount of misinformation and questions going around; no one seems to know whether this game will be tied to Steam, or how the actual IWnet system will work; why are no questions being answered?

Maybe if Infinity Ward actually showed [u][b]us[/b][/u] why we should care about this game we would--but I haven't seen any effort at all.

I won't be pirating this game.
I won't be buying this game.
I will be ignoring this game and all other IW/activision titles till you show us why we're important to you (clue: WE PAY YOU MONEY)

This is poor PR, this is poor conduct by IW and this is just a poor experience overall.

If you're going to treat us like complete idiots, then it won't be too long before you start crapping on the xbox/playstation community too--if this is the case then I am willing to bet IW will get recessiowned sometime soon and I can't say I'd miss it. Just because you made a few good games a few years back, it doesn't give you the magical ability to treat your customers like crap.

(and no, this isn't console vs PC; everyone should show some support for the PC community--we can't play against you and you can't play against us, so at least show some support)
