I think that in this season there is an episode that a little girl shoot with a gun her father!! but the father survived and her mother want to the girl to ask apologize!! but meredith didnt let her! do you rememper what I mean?? please help me.....

He cant quit! Izzie is sick and she needs his help. I sure hope Izzie tells someone she's sick,it's not like it's going to get any easier keeping it a secret her neurological episodes will become more frequent and more often. So Derek can't quit.
