As you guys know I had some surgery, and Im re-teaching and gaining strength back. This was my first video that Ive made since my surgery so bear with me, and wish me luck on gaining my strength back to where it was!!!!!!!

Wow! That was the "smokingnest" hot pole dance video I've seem im a long time. Better not wear that tankini to the local swimming pool or there will be a riot! And those heels!! Whew!...you looked GREAT! At 1:11, that was a nice rock star on spinny--liked the way you finished the move off with the wrist seat. Anyway, you look great--I hope your recovery goes well!

Thank u, You always have such great nice things to say!!! I was a little iffy about the outfit at first because its slippery material, but I realized I wasnt going to have to do many moves that involve my body or waist to stick o the pole, lol. I think Im doing ok tho, and after last night I def felt the muscles this morning but not in a bad way. It feels so good to be back on the pole!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!! Well thnx again for ur sweet comment, see u around!!!!!
