Shawn, once again, I think you are exactly right. One of the reasons why I believe your instruction is so "right" is you, as well as I, believe in this...why fight the human body and mind...it's going to do what I needs to do. We need to realize that, accept it, and get out of it's way. That's what I love about your teaching. I'm new to your methods, and have ordered the DVD set. Keep up the GREAT work!

Great vid Shawn,so many big name instructors are obsessed with right knee holding its position, which is complete BS,Ian Poulter lets it move like your's and a TV analyst said it was a swing flaw,a lot of these famous coaches think they know it all,it's quite comical. You're explanation is spot on,it frees the body up so nicely, and provides great tempo, your pivot looks identical to Hogans, nice work.
hi shawn great vids. u bring up alot more substantial concepts than any other intructor ive seen..good stuff. but im still a little confused because w most of the pros, the head drops from the start of the downswing, while your video here focuses more on the backswing...there is something that is down w the lowerbody that makesthe headdrop and i cant figure it out? what do you think

Hi Shawn
Your videos are amazing stuff. Still have a lot of work to do. I am 55 and after having written to you and getting your response, I have started enjoying the game as well as wanting to learn more.

"So what!...where's the problem" - love it Shawn. Your mantra "plant, fall, plant fall" totally clicked for me when I played today.
Do you notice that Sam Snead does this "plant fall, plant fall" and just barrels through the ball?? Like a freak'n freight train!! His first plant during his forward press is like a "toss." Just like Shawn says. I see Snead's swing in a totally different light, I can see where he generates power, not from brute force, but from the "plant, toss, fall."
