This game is amazing, I beat it and yes it was hard but so satisfying with great PvP and awesome armor/weapons. I didn't understand the story fully, but the game itself is amazing

As much as I like many of today's current games, most of them are pretty goddamn easy, even on the highest difficulty setting. I remember, growing up in the 90's when games were challenging and beating the game meant more than just putting in 10-15 hours and having 2 minutes of work undone by death. I guess what I'm trying to say is that playing this game will make you feel like a real gamer and it is a truly rewarding experience to progress knowing many others could not.

Prefer the music in Dark Souls overall, but this theme captures the brutal terror of the unforgiving difficulty of Demon's Souls, something toned down in latter game.

Remember pre-ordering this game and hearing this for the first time. It was like this announcement 'your fucked to chunks when I'm done with you'
