Wok Racing...Sport of Germans everywhere

We discovered a new sport while watching the German channels in our Italian hotel room...Wok Racing! Apparently the whole deal is you put a German in some padding and then place him in a giant cooking Wok, from there you slide the Wok down a long, icey luge and whoever does it the fastest wins. Watch the magic happen

So, first of all, this is Joey Kelly i think. So not only germans :P

It's an event by a german comedian who lost on the german show "Wetten, dass...?" and had to drive down the bobsleigh track in a wok. He thought it was funny so this event was created. It's actually nothing serious and just for entertaining purposes, but many German celebrities like it and it's a great show event. Stefan Raab, the creator, is somehow crazy though. ;-)

You think Joey Kelly sounds very german?lol Well he is not, but he is fun for sure. He is a decendend of the american-spanish Kelly Family(music group) born in Spain. He joined events like "race across america" or "ironman" besides about 50 other running events.

Wok Racing is a funsport, yet some call it extreme sports(those who had broken their bones^^)
