@edward18517 eh. most of the information i've found points at Alex as the director of the project, as well as one of the children. contradictory from most points of view, though there are a few theories as to how. examples being that he was a superior person to start with, and, as such, was named director of the project and added to the group marked the Wesker Children. being a highly skilled researcher he'd be given more freedom [as seen by Spencer's immense trust in him]. possibilities...
