What do you think about the tone from your b2re? is it worth the money to buy it?
brassaflax 1 year ago
@brassaflax it depends on your budget. you're better off buying a bass that has the tone you like. Not that this head doesn't help, but unless youre going to use digital effects you cannot bring out sound that isnt already produced by a bass. I have an svt 410-b2re amp, and I can shake my neighborhood with this setup, but I can't get a great mid-high range (such as geddy's) with my american jazz.
long story short, make sure you like your natural bass tone before buying it. then it's worth it.

how hard is this song on a scale from 1 - 10 on the bass?
tdrider2008 1 year ago
@tdrider2008 i'd say 7ish. it depends on your style of bass

great playing! but i recommend you to start plucking more with at least two fingers, three if possible.
griefman 1 year ago
@griefman thanks. I'm better with two fingers, but I try to play anything rush geddy style, or the flick method (you can see I hit the strings with my index finger pad and my nail on the way back).
