A rant about protein powders. These are not designed to give health - they are designed to make money y'all.

  • Ugh...Arguing/disagreeing with a vegetarian/vegan will get you no where...I don't mind them for the most part. It's cool that they are eating more healthier than the average person, but when they try to shove their anti-meat and false nutrition info on people is when it gets ridiculous.

  • @timmyxdl Could'nt of said it better my friend :)

  • Good Stuff, this is what I have been thinking.

  • What about goatein??? I heard its one of the only acceptable ones??

  • I like how you've got everyone talking with this one sweety, it's great you really get us thinking about what is out there xxx :O)

  • If you do insist on using protein powders, I recommend rice (organic), e.g Living Fuel Rx. Another great video Jay. I loved the typo too!

MT is definitely the way forward.

    Keep sharing your gifts.

NB Health tip bit - If you're more alive than that which you're about to eat, you've got a smarter/better choice to make.

    With love

    Magnus

  • @topheramazz I would agree. I add one more portion (roughly size of a small fist) of carbohydrates following a workout in ratio to my metabolic type. You are right it will help with the uptake of insuline :)

  • @WellnessMafia -absolutly :) whats your take on eating fast carbs (post workout only) to increase insulin secretion/musle glycogen restoration. thanx

  • @topheramazz Awesome my friend. Try and eat within the hour window following your workout :)

  • @microphonecheck1 D'OH. Your right - ive got no idea where tryptophan came from! :)
