@PinoyBoyBisayan123 Well tenor mallets usually give a beefier sound, so they switched to sticks which give a more open sound.

Being a brass player, I had a hard time understanding what separated a good and a bad drum line.
After I watched this video, I knew what the difference was.

this was their show samurai. I loved their performance that year but im a die hard regiment fan and was so happy they won that year. The highlights of the entire contest was the killing of the drum major in phantom and the matrix mellophone in the cavies.
