Dirtman and Mattyhawk (RCGroups) go head to head in this battle royale to see who will stand and who will fall in this struggle to see who is the GREATEST CHAMPION EVER!
J/K We are just screwing around with our Gemini's.
@rampanttricky17 Yeah, the Fun Cub is awesome. Don't have one myself, but my fater in law does and I get to fly it occassionally. It is very acrobatic considering the big wing and it floats like a 3D plane, love it!
I like my FunCub, and the flex has been a benefit to me--and i don't doubt i would make use of that feature with a Gemini as well.
No video of the tight loop a few feet off the ground it did.
doing a low pass while wearing gloves ( the temp was between 0-8 degrees F), I'd instantly deployed full flaps as i advanced the throttle. It finished the loop and had a hard belly bounce--minor gear damage, took about an inch off both ends of the prop. little else.
Well, I would say the only thing that differs from a balsa plane is the stiffness. The Gem is kinda floppy, but that's ok 'cause it survives nicely when, I mean if it crashes. Other than that, it feels good, but doesn't have a big enough rudder or elevator to be a real 3D plane.

thanks. it was fun to see what the plane can do when you take it out for some fun--and have the skill to use it.
would you share any comments on how the "feel" of the MPX Gemini differs from the feel of a balsa/ply biplane?
