Inspired by the poem by Tone Aanderaa:

"Hush, hush, sleepy now
Don't remember what you saw"

The camera angel is not the best, though.. Can't see the keyboard to my left..

  • Hi , love your video's, would you tell me what synth produces the string/choir sound?

and wich effectprocessor are you using? thanks and i'm looking forward to you next video, cheers

  • @Samadhijunkie H and thank you. The choir/pad is from the Yamaha CS1x - has some amazingly expressive choir and pad sounds that very few people use. Probaply because of the demografic that usually purchases the instrument. Otherwise I am using standard Cubase effects - delay, reverb, compresser etc.. Anything in particullar you are thinking about?

  • @nickybendix Hi, thanx for writing, yes my effectprocessor failes a left channel and i was thinking about to purchase a lexicon mx200 because i need a warm reverberation and lexicon used to provide that, maybe you have a suggestion?, i only have fruityloops on my comp. and the effects are not what i am looking for, thanx again

  • @Samadhijunkie I don't know if I am the right person to ask regarding wich effect gear to choose, also when it comes down to software vs hardware. But as you are using Fruityloops I would mayby rather think you should look into some good VST effects, if your PC can handle it. This would in my opinion give you more flexibility since you can apply them individually on different tracks if needed. As I mention I am using standard Cubase VST effects wich are not (continued)

  • @Samadhijunkie (cont.) the effects being praised around the net :-) So if you like what you hear here you can't go wrong with a nice bundle of quality VST effects. Using our ears are the best "effects" and I am confident that we can get a long way by being tastefull and critical in using any decent effect. Off course major, highend effects sound great any day, but knowing how to use it, and to get the best out of what you have, is just as important to me.. Hope I make sense :-)

  • I so enjoy your music so creative thank you

  • @CAROLYNMARIE18 Thank you, Carolyn, for your time and words :-)
