Hey Josh, I'm interested in your services but I live in New Jersey. I'm also in Indiana during my school year. I feel that you could be of tremendous help to me in relieving my symptoms from what I suspect to be adrenal fatigue and neurotransmitter depletion. I wanted to know how I would go about getting your help without having to come to California. Thanks.

... Yes common knowledge being spouted back at you, by a fitness instructor reading off a a script in the background... very interesting. I think he should put away his 3 fold poster board which I haven't even used since middle school to express myself in a visual way and just let people learn the truth from licensed professionals.

The body becomes accustomed to having the constant serotonin in your system, you do not need more of it because there is only a certain amount in which your body can process at a single time, any more would just be useless. Furthermore should you take a drug that increases the amount of serotonin, more people would become dependent on the amount of serotonin needed in the body and would ultimately lead to more suicides.

Excellent and important video. Thanks!

80% of adults are on SSRIs? Huh? You sure about that statistic? Also, it's "supposedly," not "supposably." Thank you for making the video.

me personally, I usually just pour water at the bottom when the streams dry up, and just hope for the best.

Wow, I thought that high carb were good for serotonin. I know that our main nutrient need is for energy and carbs burn. Why does everyone on low carb diet crave carbs but people on high carb diet only get hungry? It's not craving if it's necessary for health. I think you're generalizing a little too fast about the high protein. Last I checked bananas and many carbs are high in AA tryptophan. Only Tryptophan can turn into serotonin btw, not 'protein', not 'amino acids', which actually compete

Awesome bro, you know your transmitters and SSRI's not most do and most dont recommend a healthy cave man nomadic style diet aka REAL food. Dam even milk and sugar etc....u got it all down pat, and yes Protein are the building blocks for our neurotransmitters. kudos very good vid, NA EXCELLENT VID.

I did the quesitonaire on Julia Ross' website and I got the highest score on Low Serotonin so I don't think I'm dealing with adrenal fatigue or any of the others. The associate at the nutritional/supplements store I went to, suggested that I try SAMe. I was wondering what your opinion is on using SAMe for low serotonin. Of course I'm also focusing on the diet changes you mentioned about carbs and white devils. I'm also exercising more.

part 2 - but I manage my migraines with B's, Mag's, D's, Feverfew, butterbur and more herbs/ supplements. So it is very important to me to get correct information about neurotransmitters as keeping these good determines how healthy I stay. Please clarify the brain barrier and protein vs,. carbs for me. Thank You :)

Continuation: atcually most of nothing will cross the BBB when you are toxic and deficient in nutrients. I would look into this more (Julia Ross), as she has, I have and many others have helped people on SSRI's with proper nutrition and amino acid intake, at the right time and dosage.
