Man arrested after popping zits outside Florida McDs

A man was arrested outside a Cape Coral McDonalds following an incident that started with him squeezing spots outside the restaurant. An off duty police man went outside to talk to Owen Lemire Kato after his zit popping antics had repulsed customers inside. Kato gave the officer a false name before fleeing. He was detained by the off duty officer and another uniformed officer after a chase and was found to be in possession of a syringe.
