  • @preetsinghb Make sure you do yoga constantly .I used to weight 50 and started yoga to maintain the weight but in between I didn't follow yoga and exercise . I immediately gained weight. Depends on your body mass and ofcorse what you eat.

    Try to relax and fit yourself every day > YOGA is the best but constantly for sure... :)

    then 64

    now my weight is 66.5

    I dont know what to do am so confused

    I try yoga but not constantly
